Pixellate: Color halftone, Crystalize, Facet, Mezotin, Mosaic, Pointillize
Noise: Add Noise, Despeckle, Dust and Scratches, Median, Reduce Noise

Apple has some bugs to work out—GPU performance can go into a degraded state for no apparent reason, as this comparison shows. The comparison further below uses the best performance, which you won’t enjoy if things go goofy like this.
Below, the 2023 Mac Pro M2 Ultra has trouble outperforming the 2022 MacBook Pro M2 Max. This might be because more cores can mean more overhead, and when the tasks are not scalable, more cores is slower not faster.
Still, the M2 Ultra fares a lot better than either Intel machine.
