Phishing: Beware Emails with Many Invisible but Clickable Links, Latest Fad is Sender that Says "iPhone 13"
I’m getting a fair number of phishing emails lately. The new trend is to use an eye-grabbing keyword in the email subject/title eg "iPhone 13".
The actual content of the email is a mass of invisible but fully clickable links, designed to take you to Bad Places You Don’t Want to Go.
Use a program like SpamSieve (see https://c-command.com/spamsieve/) to mark such emails as spam. Or at least use Apple’s Junk Mail facility in Apple Mail. If none of that catches it, just delete it immediately.
Finally, always make sure that Load remote content is OFF. Otherwise, spammers know they have a "live one" with every email you get.
