Print, Fax, Copy, Scan With an All-in-one Office Printer — My New Epson Workforce 840

Epson Workforce 840
Print/Scan/Copy/Fax via WiFi or wired
For nearly two years, I used the Epson Workforce 600 for my office print/scan/fax needs.
With the kids frequently barging into my home office for their school printouts, I decided to migrate the Workforce 600 to their area, and invest in another printer.
I chose the Epson Workforce 840, because one thing I wanted to solve was the paper-reload frequency. With the Workforce 840, the dual 250-sheet trays can together hold up to 500 sheets of paper.
But as a bonus, the Workforce 840 is very quiet and prints amazingly fast (and offers dual-sided printing). The touchscreen interface is easier to use also, and it also dims to save power, which is a small thing, but glowing lights at night annoy me.
I use the Workforce 840 for everyday for printing, faxing and scanning documents into PDF or JPEG or TIF form.
Highly recommended. And at about $200, it’s not terribly expensive. If that’s more than you want to spend the other Epson Workforce printers @AMAZON offer similar functionality. Remember, ink costs a lot more over time than the printer itself does, so it makes sense to get the printer that has the features you need. I always get the high capacity cartridges for a better deal.
European model name: Marco S writes to say this the Workforce 840 is designated the BX925FWD (what a catchy name!).
