Wasting power and degrading anything you might use? Or some perfectly good explanation? Nothing seems reasonable.

When no apps are open and doing anything and 15% to 25% of all GPU power is being chewed up by 'WindowServer', what in heck is going on? The issue comes and goes for no apparent reason.

More bugs with 2023 Mac Pro M2 Ultra, or is it macOS Ventura or is it a combination of both?
