At long last, I can test the new Apple Mac Studio.. and a maxed-out one too!

A big thank-you to B&H Photo for sending the $7999 Apple Mac Studio M1 Ultra 20-core CPU / 48-core GPU/ 128GB / 8TB SSD for review. This is exactly the configuration I would buy excepting a preference for a 4TB SSD (only to keep the cost down).

The ~7GB/sec internal SSD speed is highly attractive, so pony-up for 4TB or 8TB if you can because nothing else can ever be more than half as fast vs the Mac Studio (Thunderbolt maxes-out at ~2.7GB/sec).
