iStoragePro with Atto R380 using Oct 26 2010 firmware
As with RAID-0 striping, scalability is non-linear. Write performance flatlines at 6 drives, and read performance declines at 8 drives to the speed of 6 drives. This performance is consistent with the RAID-0 results.
